Connecting my Desktop to laptop Video Card?

Recently, my video card overheated or some problem happened with my Desktops video card in which the capacitors on it popped. While I get this replaced, I was wondering if I could connect my desktop to my laptop and use the video card on there and or monitor, while still primarily using my desktop. Thank you.|||I don't think it's possible. You want to use the HDD that's on your desktop, so if anything, try removing it an inserting it on another machine.
